My 7-year-old daughter, Emma, begged to go on a walk with me this morning. So after I already went on a walk and weeded my garden (1 pot of strawberries, 1 yellow squash plant, 1 zucchini plant, 3 pepper plants and 8 tomato plants), I then had to go on another walk.
I thought, this is easy enough, lets just go around the block. Well, we have a rather large and strange block that is more than a block wide. It took us almost 20 minutes to get around and I'm pooped! But Emma is happy and I now have 3 morning glory flowers ("wild flowers" Emma calls them) given to me so sweetly.
