Funky Hamburger Soup

I made the best soup last night. It was so yummy that I thought I'd post it so that I don't forget and you can make it, too, if you like. All of the ingredients are on the Weight Watchers Core Plan. (Core is a lower carb, low fat eating plan focusing on fat free dairy, lean meats, fruits and vegies.)

6 c. Tomato puree (I can my own from my garden. It's very thin and yummy.)
2 T. Beef bullion
1 lb Lean hamburger
5 Carrots pealed and chopped
2 Thick slices of sweet onion (probably 1/3-1/2 cup)
1/2 Bag of frozen spinach
1/2 c. Brown and wild rice mix
1 can Campbell's beef broth
1 can Campbell's beef soup
2 cans Water
2 t. Montego Bay spice (or any soup friendly spice mix)

Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 45-55 minutes.
