So Wendell finally picked up the phone the other day and he'd called to say that he could see we had a few apples in our tree (that were too high for us to reach, even with a ladder) and he knew someone who had donated boxes of fruit to the homeless shelter.
MYOB, please.

I can totally relate. My crazy neighbor knocked on my door this summer to tell me she took four of my ripe tomatoes off my vines the day before(her confession?). She then told me, "you have a lot of ripe tomatoes out there and they tasted so good, do you have any plans for them?" I told her I would pick them, so that I can can them for enchilada sauce, which I did. Oddly enough as she started walking back to her house she said,"If I ever grow a garden, I will share with you." I then gave in and said, "let me know if you want some tomatoes." Yes, I totally gave in to the guilt trip.
Is this person related to Miss E by any chance? Oh, my. You are so funny. FWIW, we have bounty hunters banging on our door and staking out the neighbohood trying to catch the young man who lives (we assume) across the street. Trying to get them to believe us that we seriously do not know Corey Wilson or whatever his name is... they keep acting like it is us whose hiding him.
If you want to play along...visit my blog. I'm boo-ing YOU! HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!
Hi Jenna! I had a crazy neighbor too...only she always called and asked for medications to which I told her no way! After a few months of creditors pounding on their door one day they pulled a moving van in and left. No one has seen them since. They even left whatever furniture they couldn't fit in the truck behind.
